What data do I process?
- Name, company name, email address, phone number, website details (URL).
- For B2B marketing: publicly sourced data such as name, job title, company, business email from platforms like LinkedIn.
- IP address (via analytics), chatbot interactions, technical usage data.
Purposes and lawful basis
I do not process sensitive data.
- Contact, proposals, services, support, invoicing: performance of a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
- Website analytics: legitimate interest (optimisation, LIA available on request).
- B2B cold email outreach: legitimate interest (client acquisition, LIA available on request). Data origin: manually collected from public profiles; email enrichment via tools such as Anymailfinder.
Recipients and DPAs
Data may be shared with:
Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) are in place with all third parties. I do not transfer data outside the EU without adequate safeguards.
- Hosting, email services, analytics (Google Analytics with anonymisation).
- AI tools: Voiceflow, Make, Airtable, Anymailfinder, Instantly, LLM providers.

Retention periods
I do not retain data longer than necessary:
- Client data: duration of the relationship plus 2 years.
- Marketing data: 6 months after last contact.
- Inactive data: removed after 2 years.

Send your request to info@winssersolutions.nl; I respond within one month.
- Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability.
- Object to processing (e.g. marketing).
- Withdraw consent.
- File a complaint with the Dutch DPA (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).

Security
Measures include SSL, encryption, access controls, secure CRM (Instantly). I report data breaches to the Dutch DPA within 72 hours when required.
