What is a digital assistant?
A program that carries out fixed tasks for you. For example, it reads an email, looks up the right information, drafts a reply or quote and gets it ready for you. It uses AI (like ChatGPT) to understand and write text, but it follows your rules.

It can read an email and understand what someone is asking, even if they phrase it differently.
Does several steps in a row
Look something up, draft something, send it to the right place. Without you in between.
Works with the programs you have
Your email, your calendar, your accounting, your customer list. Nothing new to learn.

For important things it asks you first before sending anything.

You enter a website, and the assistant works out what the company does, for whom, and how they talk. The result lands as an overview in your Google Drive.
Writing emails to new customers
Based on what's known about a company, the assistant writes a personal first email, ready to send.
LinkedIn messages
Drafts personal LinkedIn messages and sends them at the right moment.
Preparing websites for EvoWebsites
Looks at a client's old website and wishes and gets everything ready to build the new site. It all runs on a local computer.

A first version
I build a simple version so you can see what it does before you commit to anything.
Agreement
If you like it, we agree on a fixed price. You pay a third when you agree, the rest on delivery.
Building and testing
I build the full version and test it properly with real examples from your business.
Delivery and help
I set it up for you and explain how it works. The first month of help is free. After that you can choose a fixed monthly amount for maintenance.
